  Center for Children & Adolescent Medicine across the street from Target in Monroe. Phone number is 704-384-8460. Dr. Barber is the best. We have followed her to there. Been seeing her since she found out Luke had a heart defect. Would consider her a fr iend not just a doctor. Great Christian lady will openly talk about God with you & takes her time with your child as well as with you. Also would recommend the other doctors in the practice as well if she is unavailable. She will meet with you guys before you have your bundle of joy as well. She has even prayed with us before & been to see the boys when she wasn't even the one on call when they were in the hospital. You know Luke has been through a lot & I truly believe that if God would not have brought Dr. Barber into our lives & allowed her to take her time & show how much she cares about her patients that he would not be here today. She is the one that knew it was Luke's heart & sent us to the cardiologist when no other doctor would listen.
