  Hi, everyone. I'm looking for ideas. I have a 12 year old cat. we moved from the mountains, 2 years ago. My cat was always outdoors, he came home to eat, never used the litter box. He was a serious hunter! Since we moved here, he doesn't go out much, doesn't hunt much. Taking him to the vet, is traumatic for everyone involved. But his grooming is not as good as it was, and he has a couple dreadlocks growing in. He is a fixed 20# male. I would brush him more, but, I'm allergic to him. Is there a groomer for cats? Should I take him to the vet? He hasn't been to the vet in 10 years, due mostly to the fact that he was outside and roaming, and he was not very manageable once there. He is very friendly, and will honestly follow ppl. walking, or go to anyone who comes here. suggestions?
