  i have a "clean crawl" crawlspace that is now not so clean. seems there are rats and something bigger (bigger poop) under there. any recommendations for a good, thorough, honest, reasonable company to clean up the mess, find the breach where they're getting in, reattach/replace insulation, and deal with any trapping needed? i'm in kingston, if that matters.
