  Looking for a proffesional and fully insured contractor that is reasonably priced to come out and give me an estimate to replace an exterior door. And to possibly replace the decking on a 2nd story balcony. The problem that I'm having is that I'm getting water leaking into the first floor but I'm unable to determine whether it's just the door that needs replaced or if the decking on the balcony needs replaced also.
