Newburgh Brewing Co. visit, need some info. So, I've had Newburgh Brewing's beers at a number of beer fests as of late and I've started to fall in love with nearly everything they make. I live in MA and have family in NJ, so I routinely drive down. The brewery/brewpub seems to be more or less right along my route, so I'm thinking about swinging by and grabbing a bite to eat and a couple of beers. So, I have a few questions.
1. Can anybody recommend a place to stay near the brewery that's semi cheap and not a dump? I'm not about to hit them up and then drive another 2.5 hours down to the folks house in southern NJ and most of the area hotels/motels seem to get REALLY bad reviews.
2. Whats their growler policy? Do they do growler fills? Will they fill other places' growlers or just their own?
3. Do they have bottles available for takeaway at the site or can you recommend a local bottle shop that will have most of their stuff?
4. Anything else I should be aware of?
