She is old-school and only has it "for emergency use" so she uses only 5 minutes/month. The lowest plan I have seen is 200 minutes/month for $29.99 which is ridiculous. Thus I am thinking some kind of pre-paid service. Does anyone have experience with pre-paid cell phone service (you have to buy the handset, right?) or what have you heard?
