  To get started, check out http://www.happiestbaby.com/ You can get the happiest baby on the block to watch through amazon, I think. We watched it through blockbuster, but that was some years ago, lol. Anyway, we found this information VERY helpful! And the fun begins for you, my friend!

  Swaddle, ring sling, NICU sounds and the book "the happiest baby on the block" ( check your library)

  I had to cut out dairy and soy. And try reading/watching the Happiest Baby on the Block - tips on swaddling, side lying, swinging, etc. our daughter would scream every night from 5:30-10 pm until I started doing those tips!
