  If you don't mind the travel, Alley Kat Music in West Lorne does great work. Depending what you need, you might be able to arrange a local pickup and drop off as well. He's at the open mic at Scott's Corner (Dundas and Wellington) pretty much every Tuesday. A number of players there have had him work on their guitars. Give him a call - 519.768.1140. I've never heard anything but good reviews about his work, and his rates are reasonable.
