since it seems to be lawyer recommendation day on the sub it's my turn long story short I just moved here at the end of last year into a new construction home. There is supposed to be a one year warranty on the home since it is new and the concrete pad outside of the garage started to chip away pretty much immediately after we moved in and just got worse as time went on. Surprise, surprise the home builders warranty claims scumbags have gone from ignoring me to telling me this is "normal" to back to ignoring me. Our old house we lived in for ten years and the driveway concrete never did this.
I have no idea what kind of lawyer might help motivate these people to take responsibility for things but if anyone has a recommendation I would appreciate it. Thanks

http://harvey-williams.com, you could check with these guys. I know Martin Williams helped someone when their landlord wasn't making repairs. I know it's a different situation but may be worth a call.
