  Home Inspection referral? I need a home inspection. I'm buying my first house and trying to close by the end of the month. I have an appointment for tomorrow, Tuesday, at 5:30. My realtor is using his source for home inspections and I've been told over and over how it's a conflict of interest. Any help for a non bias contact would be greatly appreciated.

  Derek Groves with National Property Inspections 901-283-9209. I'm in the process of buying now, and actually just cancelled a contract because of a VERY thorough inspection by Derek. He did great work, and showed me around the property to see some of the issues myself.
