Vietsub is a quick and cheap lunch spot I frequent from time to time when I'm in a rush downtown. Mr. Red Cafe is pretty good but IMO a little overrated. A vietnamese friend recommends Hoi An for cuisine from the middle of the country. Other than that, I have minimal experience so I'm hoping to learn a few things!
