Dr. Trowbridge. It's not just about an adjustment. It's also about therapy and lifestyle changes. Very good doctor. Very gentle. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Well in my experience with Atlas Chiropractic he wanted to sell me a bunch of crap when all I wanted was an adjustment. If I wanted physical therapy I would go to a physical therapist. That being said I already do lower back stretches every morning so all that's needed is periodic adjustments from my chiropractor

I have had great results with Atlas Chiropractic and yes, he is a family man, he cares about his daughter and at times she is in the office...which does no harm so I'm not sure what the big deal is. Also, sometimes it isn't just an adjustment you need...a lot of times it isn't. He is a smart man and knows what he is doing to get you where you need to be and pain free. You have to actually stick with it. Health doesn't just "happen" it comes with time and work. I 100% back Atlas.

You have to release pressure before you go adjusting somebody's back or body and he didn't at Ajust he didn't worn me st all.
Robbie B. replied:
I would stay away from Atlas. They will have u hooked up to contraptions walking on a treadmill when all u need is an adjustment
Pat A. replied:
Bobby Cervantez I must disagree. Dr Mix has helped me not hurt me. I appreciate Adjust Chiropractic very much.
