I need a chiropractor for a stiff neck. Any suggestions?
Mike H. replied:
Dr. Trowbridge. It's not just about an adjustment. It's also about therapy and lifestyle changes. Very good doctor. Very gentle. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Amy B. replied:
Bastrop Back and Neck Clinic. Dr. Polsky. Right in Tahitian. Great place.

I have had great results with Atlas Chiropractic and yes, he is a family man, he cares about his daughter and at times she is in the office...which does no harm so I'm not sure what the big deal is. Also, sometimes it isn't just an adjustment you need...a lot of times it isn't. He is a smart man and knows what he is doing to get you where you need to be and pain free. You have to actually stick with it. Health doesn't just "happen" it comes with time and work. I 100% back Atlas.

Matt Parsons on Chestnut. A good Christian man.

Consider physical therapy at Garner Riley. Jay does manual physical therapy if warranted and most insurance companies will authorize it.

Bobby C. replied:
Mat parsons and DR. Taylor won't hurt you but stay away from Ajust he will !!!
Pat A. replied:
I would stay away from Atlas Chiropractic. When I went there, the Dr let his daughter play on the chiropractic beds, and other items he had in his office. Most unpleasant.
Pat A. replied:
Bobby Cervantez I must disagree. Dr Mix has helped me not hurt me. I appreciate Adjust Chiropractic very much.
Pat A. replied:
Try Adjust Chiropractic at 512-321-9200. Dr Mathew Mix. Right across the street from Wells Fargo Bank on Main Street.
Sandy H. replied:
I hear he is very good as well...Dr. Mix.
Bobby C. replied:
Met Parsons a better chiropractor he's on chest nut st.
Robbie B. replied:
Well in my experience with Atlas Chiropractic he wanted to sell me a bunch of crap when all I wanted was an adjustment. If I wanted physical therapy I would go to a physical therapist. That being said I already do lower back stretches every morning so all that's needed is periodic adjustments from my chiropractor
I went to the chiropractor today. Turns out the shooting pains in my right leg are being caused by a bulging disc in my lower back. Sigh. Many adjustments and specific...

Have you ever done Alphabiotics with Michele Fuller? It is a brain/body balancing alignment, and it can be done alone or in conjunction w/ chiropractic to make it more effective.
