  Looking for a therapist recommendation I have recently been struggling with anxiety and more recently mild depression. I would like to see someone about it. I have been feeling overwhelmed trying to find someone that would be a good fit. I have been looking through my healthcare providers website for options and I am having trouble. The main things I am looking for is * someone that is not religious, it seems as though there a lot of faith based therapists out there and I am not interested in that. Although I wouldn't mind a therapist that advocates mindfulness. * preferably someone that takes insurance but it is my understanding that some don't and that is not a deal breaker. My first visit with a local GP is in a month, and I need to address my mental health/alcohol abuse. LGBTQ-friendly, relatively close to Butchertown, can hopefully see me within 2 weeks?
