What are some good physiotherapy clinics in ottawa? Hi. I've been holding off on something that I should've seeked professional counselling for some time ago. I have knee tendinitis (Im fairly certain, after doing some research) but I'm looking to find a professional physiotherapist that can really help me overcome this and enable me to go back and do the physical activities that I love to do.
I don't have sufficient insurance at the moment to cover for costs so price will be a factor for me. I called pro physio on montreal road to get some rates and I was told that they charge $100 for the first visit followed by $80 for the recurring sessions.
I wanted to compare this with any other recommendations that people would have.

[Physiovive](http://physiovive.com) is really good. I used to see the physio in Stittsville, but she has a practice in Barrhaven now. I think they charge 70-75$/session, 90$/assessment. Lily's super friendly and helpful. Their treatment sessions are really long too and it's all with the physio, no assistants. Check them out.
