  My wife is a big fan of Lacey over at Mystic Tattoo on pantops. I’ve met a lot of tattoo artist and he’s easily one of the coolest. He’s an old biker so don’t let his outside appearance scare you away. My 4 yo daughter warmed up to him quick and my wife loves the man. Prices are also very fair.
