  buyer real estate agent recommendations? I can't find a recent post on this, so figured I would ask. Anyone like their real estate agent and would recommend? We're looking to buy this spring/summer for the first time. Bonus points if it's someone that does a lot of business in Burns Park, Angells, and/or Old West Side. Thanks!

We were first time buyers, so he pointed out a ton of stuff we needed to know, found minor problems in houses that could grow into huge money pits, was very detail oriented, no pressure, and overall was fantastic. He wasn't just trying to sell us a house, he was trying to educate us, help us make a good decision for our living situation and investment, and wanted to be our agent for life. Highly recommend.
