Mortgage broker Hi any good mortgage brokers?
Iโve used mortgage calculators and advisors are banks and it looks like they will lend me 400.
However I am in nhs and will get wage rises every year and scope for extra work.
I have 100 I can put down.
I really I need to borrow 50 more for the house Iโve identified.
Does anyone know of a broker who can make this happen given my significant deposit?
s_tizzy replied:
I used online mortgage advisor.com for my mortgage they were pretty good through out the whole process as I didnโt have a clue (first time buyer) also very easy to communicate with as I could ring the advisors mobile whenever needed

Looking for a vet recommendation. We currently go to Banfield but feel they are proactive enough to treat my dogs hotspots. We want someone who will look for a cause to the problem not only prescribe antibiotics.

The culprit is most likely food. You can look on dog food advisor.com. I feed either lamb and rice limited ingredient ( dog is allergic to chicken) for our Foster dogs Merrick Salmon. Tractor supply has a good quality kibble very in expensive. I recommend Pilgrim Animal Over Banfield. You want a relationship with a vet.

check out dog food advisor.com- really good website about what's in your dog food. I thought I was giving my dogs good food until I read that and saw it was only one star. I feed them a brand from costco now that is about the same price. They feel better and their skin and coat is shinier and softer. I think it can be common for dogs to get corn allergies, and corn is in just about every dog food except the natural ones.

My PA FB friends,
I need your help. I have been trying to find someone to plow my mother's driveway in the winter since my father died, to no avail. Believe it or not, my dad still did this at his age. Does anyone know someone that will plow in Flatwoods/Vanderbilt area? If they are a landscaper, there will also be lawn care work available there too. The leads I have been given have not panned out. Either said no or didn't call back at all. Appreciate it. Thanks, everyone.

...LOOKING FOR A BUDGET-FRIENDLY ASIAN 3-DAY-TRIP PACKAGE!!! KINAHANGLANON LANG PATATAK SA PASSPORT...I ALSO NEED A TRAVEL AGENT TO ASSIST ME... I BADLY NEED HELP!:(
Sheena B. replied:
Singapore. I've done it only in 3 days. You can go to Universal Studios if you want. You don't need a travel agent. Just scout for places to go and where's the cheapest accommodation on the internet. Instead of taking a taxi to go to your destination, take the MRT. It will save you money. Or you can walk hahahahaha! Eat places that offers budget meals like rice, and a side dish. The drinks is only a Singaporean dollar or two. You can stay at Chinatown, the rooms there are not that expensive. And it's near an MRT station so easy access. You can use trip Advisor.com in looking for accommodations. I hope this helps.

Does Anyone here have any good recommendations for hotels with a pool?. We stayed at one last year while my aunts house was being finished was not very nice.
Tony N. replied:
go to trip advisor.com and Yelp, before you book Hershey....the reviews there are 95% awful, read them for yourself. Aztec , Thunderbird, Sunburst, Surfside , Bay breeze all rated below 2 stars, things have deteriorated badly over past few years. read the reviews then make an educated choice.
Does anyone know a really good travel agent in Rome to book me a tour of the Vatican, and a safe place to stay overnight?
Uneetha D. replied:
Anne, Agree with what your friend Shankar has told you. If you want to do the Vatican tour, try to book online ... the line to get in for those holding tickets is much shorter. And, there are tours for each part. The Sistine Chapel is also a must. And, the Crypts are definitely worth it as well. For hotels, we usually use booking.com or trip advisor.com. Good deals on last minute.com. Be very careful of pick-pockets. Have a great trip.
Haritha R. replied:
Abt the Vatican tkts, booking online on their official website is the best way... cuts down the line BIGTIME... also, you can choose to purchase an audio or personal guide once you go in.... Alternatively, TripAdvisor has listed many pvt vatican tour guide companies with reviews... you could choose one and pre-book them... Sorry if this was an overkill but all this is still fresh in my memory
Sudha M. replied:
I stayed at a nice b&b called sotto la cupola close to Vatican. Well kept teeny 2 bedroom apt with owners living next door. Not a house though. Google it and check recent reviews on trip advisor. Also did a guided tour and then explored more on my own. May not have tour deets as this was 5 yrs ago but will search.

Lenore T. replied:
Commision is out on EVERY trio when working with a agent But they are worth if if there are flight changes or cancellations I would re women's doing some research online about places and prices and look up trip advisor.com. Narrow it down then Reach out to an agent I saved hundreds of dollars booking myself online
Patricia N. replied:
honestly it really depends what you are comfortable with and how much you want to save. We have always booked our trips ourselves online and it's worked out great. We have been to Florida, Cuba, Cancun and Greece. Did it all through Expedia.ca or through the airline directly. We traveled throughout Greece last summer and booked flights, car, hotels, through the internet and it saved us tons and it was awesome because we got to decide where we were going to stay based on tips and reviews of others on tripadvisor.com. If you have the time to do the research...that's the way to go. If you don't and you just want to say 'book me an awesome trip in Mexico' and want to give a budget but leave it to someone else to decide the locale for you...then go with an agent. :)
Good morning church family. If you have not heard Kenda and I have been given clearance to buy tickets for the Philippines. However, we are having a disappointing experience with the travel agent that was recommended so I would like to find another. Anyone know of a travel agent that can help us?

Funny you ask....we just hired Dr. Sweep but we also contacted Detroit City Sweep...both were recommended by home advisor.com a reputable site. We went with Dr. Sweep even though a little higher because they were closer to us and offer a little more. Both would clean and inspect....Detroit City was $99.00 and Dr. SWEEP $139, but they provide a full report and include some minor repairs and they work on Saturdays. Hope this helps!
Booking online is so much cheaper, haven't used a travel agent in 20 years at least. Try Expedia, Hotwire etc for Mexico. Kind of soon to book Vegas now, it will cost you way more money that if you wait until the dates closer. Whatever you do check your hotel on Trip Advisor.com..... Reviews by real people that have visited the resort. The truth usually lies in between the worst review & the very best. Good travels
