  Rachel, check out adoptions through the many rescue/no-kill shelters here in Israel. "Reliable breeder" here is expensive, and my friend who got her dog from a "reliable breeder" spent a fortune in medical expenses because the pup came with Parvo.... There are a lot of puppies that need homes.
