  Dr. Sally Marlowe, NP Nurse/Nurse Practitioner (727) 723-1454 SE Regional Arthritis Center 1478 Jordan Hills Court Clearwater, FL 33756 She is a nurse Practioner but she is sharp and knows her stuff! I highly recommend her. She is in Clearwater.

  Sally Marlowe NP. 727-723-1454. She was my Mom's dr for years. My Mom loved her so much. My Mom passed away on Mother's day this year. If you go to her, tell her Barbara Gaines daughter sent you. Not sure if she is in Clearwater by close to there. Good luck!
