Some repairs can be done while you wait others will be asked to drop it off seeing as if it may be a more complicated repair on that device. We will gladly call you when it's ready but just know that we strive to make the necessary repairs to get you back to your busy life!!

(keep in mind 2 days prior to dropping it off took it to the Iphone Store in Lennox for the battery replacement, bad luck I know) They put a new screen on it. I picked it up 30 minutes down the road I could not touch the screen anymore. I called they told me to bring it back the next day they would replace it with another screen from a different vendor. DID IT. They called and said it was ready. I go up there they tell me it's having the same issues and it was a software issue. FUNNY never had ANY issues except the battery before I took it to them. They said oh well we will give you $50 refund on the $80 I spent. UM NO especially after putting the broke screen back on it (fyi no problems with my phone since the broke screen was back on ). And the girl at the front said it wasn't her problem and walked off to the back. She came back about 10 minutes later out said I spoke with the owner the offer of $50 still stands that she couldn't do anything it was in the owner's hand. OK THEN LET ME TALK TO HIM no he said he'll call you back tomorrow which I plan to call every hour on the hour until I get my extra $30 back. OH! And, went in there today after I called and they said it was still messed there were terms and condition on the counter which they felt it necessary to mention and point out ok pull the camera footage you felt you needed to point out and let me see because that WAS NOT up there when I dropped it off. And where did I sign anything saying that if it failed I would accept a partial refund and get a broke screen back. I would have just taken my phone to the Apple store for $30 extra WHICH I REGRET NOT DOING NOW!Was this review helpful to you? -
