  If you have no insurance or a plan with a high deductible and you need a good, affordable doctor, the doctor we've seen for years has changed his practice to a Direct Care Plan. If you need a doctor who truly cares about patients, has good bedside manner, is kind and generous - we recommend Dr. Jack Forbush highly. His new plan has family rates and individual rates and is really perfect for someone whose plan can cover them in a major medical situation but isn't good for preventative care or at health maintenance.
