I'm looking to begin working with a personal trainer to get back into shape. I keep telling myself I don't need one, but I must because I'm yet to do anything to get healthy. I have a really busy schedule and have a hard time making it to classes at typical times. I need someone that can either have time for me one-on-one or guide me and hold me accountable. Preferably in the Hermitage/Old Hickory/North Mt Juliet area. Suggestions appreciated! :)
