  In Need of a Dependable Real Estate Agent - Moving To Knoxville From NC! Howdy folks! My wife and I want to move to Knoxville and are in need of a solid real estate agent. Since we're coming from North Carolina, we'll have to secure a rental for the short term until our jobs are sorted out and we're situated. We currently own our home, but imagine that selling it after we've moved out would be the easiest solution. Can anyone recommend an agent to us? Even better -- if you know an agent or owner with a property they want to sell in the Farragut/Western/Southern Knoxville area, but would lease to us short term until we sorted out the mortgage, that would work best.   I highly recommend Katie with Knox Native Real Estate: http://www.knoxnativehomes.com/ My husband and I just bought a home long distance (Indiana) and she made it super easy. Very responsive and would do FaceTime tours for every house we were interested in.
