A little about the house... built in 1975, single family, 3bed/2bath, 2486 sq ft, 3 car garage, on half an acre, wheelchair accessible, not updated/remodeled but they took really good care of everything. I would avoid the big companies as they have just hired a bunch of new realtors that have almost no experience. When I've asked many of them questions at their open houses, they just say they don't know and won't even offer to find out. Terrible professionalism.
