Just moved to the Acampo area & looking for recommendations for a good small animal vet. Have multiple dogs (Queenslands) & cats. One cat has a history of cholangiohepatitis x 2 & is on meds for the rest of his life.
Suggestions? Thank you!

no... both are fabulous! they have taken great care of our dogs and cats! one of my cats had a problem with his foot, took him in and the vet didnt know if his foot was broke or had cellulitis. the broken foot was going to be the most expensive outcome so the vet sedated my kitty to dig around and see what she could find, before doing xrays! it was cellulitis! also, my besties dog was bit by a rattler, and her vet wanted over 500 up front before treatment. my friend didnt have that kind of money, but wanted to save her pup. i told her to call jackson creek and the vet saved the pup using iv fluids and donated antibiotics. all for under 500! even called the pain pills to walmart under the humans name so that it only cost her 4.00. THAT IS A VET THAT CARES!!! 209-223-3504. 24 hr emergency care, doggy play groups and bording all at one location :)
Needing advice! We have a sick dog and would like to get him to a vet ASAP! Does anyone have any suggestions for low cost, compassionate vets in Amador county?
