  Reminded me of [Czimer](http://www.czimers.com/specialtymeats.html) of early to mid 90 s, when I used to live in the south suburbs. Fairly controversial - at least by the stories I was hearing at the time, plus some public records - but some of the choices were hard to find anywhere else. OP reminded me of them.
