  OK, I had a terrible year with my former contractors. Needed a plumber for some things I had put off because of the contractor. called my favorite appliance repair man to service my heat pump. He came 2 hours later. I asked if he did any plumbing , he asked me what I needed, I told him one job, he asked me what else, I told him about my toilet that probably needed replacing(according to two other plumbers), he fixed both jobs with such things as screw tightening, float twisting, charged me less than $240.00. My faith has been restored. If someone needs an expert who works for himself, has just finished courses to qualify him to teach the business, who enjoys the challenge of making things work well, is kind, pleasant, cheerful, I recommend him.
