The will schedule an appointment to do an initial assessment/diagnosis, then they provide you with an estimate for the repair. Probably just a plugged up drain line. Look in the bottom of your freezer, see if it’s got any ice or goop laying in the bottom, clean it out and you should be good to go. If that doesn’t work call the Appliance Guys.

DO NOT use ABC appliances.We had a problem with our gas range and after 3 visits of just trying one thing after another I finally gave up and left it broken.Then it blew up. I mean literally blew up, glass top and all. Fortunately my wife who was cooking on it at the time wasn't injured.The range? Toast.
