Then do the prompts. It'll take a while. After that is finished, download the FREE version of malwarebytes.com. Choose free and run it - not simple but FULL SCAN. I have another thing to do after that.

Go to the next item (2 nd) one in left column -> analyze -> erase (or delete or whatever it asks) -> do you want to make a back-up? -> NO. Repeat both of those - 1 st and 2 nd items in left column several times. I run malwarebytes and cccleaner once a week - every Sunday - and it stays fast and clean. The McAfee and Norton are worthless.
