  Alan B. wrote: We used Chuck in the past for our Maytag dryer, but this was the first time we called him about our Amana refrigerator. He came within 3 hours--despite having several other calls that morning--and worked hard to find the source of the problem. When the problem seemed to recur a few hours later, he called us a few times to follow up, asking questions and providing instructions to help troubleshoot it. He even came by the house again the next day... at no additional charge over the initial service call, of course. In addition, even though he told us he doesn't repair dishwashers, he took a look at ours anyway and fixed a small problem we were having there as well. Chuck Katz is professional, efficient, and a nice guy too. I warmly recommend Chuck for all your American appliance repairs.
