  As others have mentioned, there's an entire ['bridal district' in Reading](http://www.readingbridaldistrict.com/asp/index.asp) that I had no idea about. I recommend making appointments. Another friend ordered her dress from [Splendid Bridal](http://splendidbridal.com/), and I recently got a dress off the rack there as well. I had a short engagement and did not have time to order a dress, and most of the samples in the sample sale were too big. The sales lady saw the style I liked and found a sample from the floor that they could sell that was in my size.
