She's coming back next week and we want to getaway for Friday night. Trying to find somewhere fun to go and be kind of away from it all for a bit (and our respective roommates haha). We have to be back in LA for Halloween stuff by like 2pm though so we don't want to go too far out of LA, so Palm Springs and the like is probably out. We were going to book a cottage at Calamigos in Malibu, but they're booked out for next weekend. Looking for any ideas for something kind of similar, private villa or cottage, so we can be loud and not bother anyone haha. Looking. to spend around $500/night or less but we're kind of flexible. Any suggestions?
