After speaking with my current CPA, who acts mainly as a bookkeeper and year end tax reporting function, she agrees that I am in need of adding a CPA firm to my network who can handle the activities, tax guidance, and corporate structure advice of a mix of small biz LLC corps, an entity recognized as a Religious Institution, AND a possible addition of a 501c3 company. Said CPA must have prior experience (and strong hand holding skills) to ensure all 3 companies work well together and play well with the IRS and the community at large. If you know someone (or better yet - if that person exists within my established community) - please let me know ASAP! THANKS!

  I suggest you at least chat with Rick Shapiro (Epstein & Shapiro) 954-735-3000. Accountants to some synagogues, Past pres of TBI (both of them) with a good understanding of religious organization accounting.
