  Can anyone help with bakery suggestions? I'm hosting a retirement party for my mom with all GF food in 100% GF kitchen. She wants a traditional sheet cake with icing and writing. CC wouldn't be an issue for this cake, I just don't want to serve gluten in my kitchen. Then, for my kids who have celiac I'm assuming I will have to do a separate cake... They're GF with concerns of CC and dairy and soy free. Which bakeries would you use? I'm probably not willing to shell out the cash for a GFCFSF sheet cake for 40 people :) Thanks!!!!
