  I dont know much about those cds that say they will fix your computer. Had one calld PC cleaner years ago and wiped out all my pics, documents and saved mail. Where did you get it? Did it come with a phone number to call for HELP. Can you get on line with it fo to MacBooK.com site? I just dont trust cd quick fx.
