  Any auto dealer that sells a trade-in as your 03Baja would do so only if the car is in good condition. The dealer would test the car for 100 or so items to check and disclose that to the new buyer. In Florida A/C is a minimum requirement, no A/C no sale. How much did you pay? Look up kelleybluebook.com to see the dealer price/private-sale for a car in mechanically poor condition, no A/C. Then you may figure if you got swindled or not. Robert Illan
