Looking for a Home Inspector With Solid History and Experience I'm looking for a home inspector that has experience with new home construction (phased inspections) and was curious to hear from other redditors about recommendations.
I'm building up in Frisco, and am trying to find someone reputable that preferably has experience inspecting a variety of homes, including those with stucco elevations.
Right now I'm essentially just going off of internet reviews, and these folks look promising https://www.greenscenehomeinspections.com/, but really I'm open to options at this point.
I'm also curious if there's a good range to expect to pay for such an inspection. Based on what I've been reading, it seems like it can be anywhere from $500-2000 depending on how many phases are inspected--does this seem accurate?

I’ve used https://www.burgessinspection.com for our first 2 houses in Frisco. Didn’t bother with our current home in Frisco.
Any of you guys know or recommend a home inspector?
