  Vet recommendations for my nervous dog? I'm a recent transplant from NYC and my partner and I are hoping to get some recommendations for a patient and good veterinarian for our little dog. He is 3 years old and we adopted him a couple of years ago from an org that rescues dogs from the Korean meat trade/puppy mill industries, so he struggles with anxiety and trauma. Needless to say he doesn't like going to the vet (what dog does, though?) and our previous vet office was always so gentle and patient with him, even when he had total meltdowns every time we were there. We're hoping to find a place that will be similarly kind to him. Thank you!

  I highly recommend Dr. Trish of 614.871.0300 Community Veterinary Clinic 3067 Columbus St, Grove City. I have been seeing her for years. I had a Mastiff mix that didn't like male vets or nasal Bordetella vax & would hold a grudge, after he found her suitable, she has been my vet. I also had a super anxious ball of a crazy mutt, that would scream if I was in the room. She has always been accommodating of the many peculiarities and tweaks of my pets. An excellent vet, with some of the finest surgery & dentistry skills I have seen. Best of luck!

  ISO pet groomer. Just moved here from Cleveland area. Not looking for controversy so neg comments please PM me. We looked at The Dawg Shoppe on hoover/stringtown and they seemed OK but still looking for opinions. A reasonable vet as well would be nice. We live near walmart. Pet supplies and co's like that are not option as our dogs don't crate so they need a little of that personal touch they can't offer.
