ISO someone to replace the coil springs on my garage door with a tension spring. Not looking for a company that is going to charge a service call just to come look at it. Thanks.

I'm a little confused, are you are looking to replace the extension springs with torsion springs or vice-versa? Either way the company is probably going to want to know the dimensions of the door and the materials. I used Garage Door Doctor when one of my torsion springs broke and they quoted me a firm price for the work over the phone and stuck to that price with no gimmicks. Give them a buzz and describe what you are trying to do and they may be able to give you a quote over the phone if you have the information ready. http://www.garagedoordoctor.com/
I have seen people talk about Garage Door Doctor. They have a web site www.mygaragedoordoctor.com. 704-705-8444. You get a $5 coupon if you like them on Facebook. I haven't used them so can't say if they are good or not. I have used Overhead Garage Door, but they are a little expensive.
