  Does anyone know of a lawyer who would be willing to help out some Sandy victims by looking over our lease, and letting us know if we are legally able to move out of our damaged apartment? Our MIA landlord has done NOTHING to repair our destroyed apartment while we live upstairs in our "displacement" apartment, and now our original apartment is flooded AGAIN. We've found a new place, but want to make sure we won't be held liable for breaking a lease. Any help is greatly appreciated!
