I was very successful with the banks and used Kurt Kowalski cell number is 732 443 7840 I hope it helps you just have to play them at their own game, it's stressful but you will succeed ultimately they can't take the property unless it has value that's where it can become a dangerous game.

That's the scary thing, it almost seems like the bank does want the house! your mortgage may be underwater on paper, but the bank probably collected enough to be in the green! BANKS DO NOT HAVE EARS! Remember, a lot of bank owners are developers. Banks always carry & maintain a real estate inventory. When you apply for a loan, all Your financial data is input into a computer system. Your credit is based on "a computer model" That model reflects "a perfect world" YOU vs. The Model depicts your credit worthiness. Years ago, YOU could "talk to the Bank" they understood every situation was unique. Credit worthiness was built over time, not every time you applied.

The pinch point for most, the banks. The banking system is robotic in a sense. Credit Decisions are based on a "computer model" Your information is put into a computer system, the generated result is YOUR credit worthiness. Once things go sour, it is almost like an irreversible process. once the bank liens the house it wrecks your credit, further preventing you from going to another bank to help you out. Talk to the bank? The Bankers Don't Have Ears Anymore! They have computers. 25 years ago, the girl behind the counter knew me by name. When I opened an account I got a free toaster & 7%! WHAT I SEE GOING ON, I CAN'T STAND TO SEE IT ANYMORE! It's a depressing environment just to work in! I can't imagine the hardship of being displaced from my home & having to deal with all the crap. But YOU should be compensated for that, never mind foreclosed on! Wishing you all the best!

Anyone know this attorney??? WE need to get ahold of her and get her on the case!!!
Maria K. replied:
Anne Marie Galfo - got a response to my PM with Susan Lansk, an animal rights attorney out of NY and she said she doesn't practice in NJ but made a referral to a woman attorney in Bergen County who she said is very good. I have a feeling she may be referring to Gina Calagero who was already posted on this site in Oradell, NJ since that is Bergen County
