  I dont know if he actually has emails menu's on email as there are about 30 pages and the file was so big people complained, but if you go to www.tasteofthaisa.co.za it is all there, and your friends can look there, or have you specifically asked for h im to do a set menu, this is different, sorry to sound vague, but he is at Tot and I will only see him later tonight when he returns.
