  Ashley C. wrote: I called to see if they could squeeze me in at the last minute after not receiving calls back for 2 weeks from another electrician and after being rescheduled on twice and no showed once from another. I needed this project done for a housewarming party so I could hang my new piece of art in the hallway (the switch was preventing me from hanging it). I called and spoke with Ghoststar on the phone who was very understanding to my situation and felt badly about the last 2 horrible experiences I had received from other electricians in the area. She said she would talk with Derek and see if he had time to squeeze me in. She called back very soon after and said that he could be here the next day at 8am to do the work! The next day, at 8am- Derek arrived at 8am sharp. He was very friendly & professional and he mentioned that he was sorry I had the bad experiences with other electricians & said "let's see if we can get this taken care of for you today." Derek assessed the situation, we had a brief conversation about what I wanted. His coworker ( I think his name was Seth or Sean - sorry I can't remember) arrived minutes later. He too was friendly and professional. They got to work right away. They worked quickly and quietly and made sure to clean up after themselves. I was recommended by my Aunt & I can see why. I will definitely call them again for some future projects we want to do!
