Either a big tsimmer that can house at least four couples, 'hedrei iruach', or even a field school or kibbutz? Don't want to drive more than 2 hours from Jerusalem. Oh, and kid-friendly a plus.   I stayed at Yishi Country (Bracha mentioned it above me) and it is perfect - about 40 minutes from Jerusalem, individual cottages for families, a beautiful pool, petting zoo, beside Ramat Beit Shemesh, the caves etc. Give them a call!
