  My wife and I took our kids to Disney World a few years ago. If your kids are school age, look into the Disney Yes program. If it's still available, it offers a 1/2 VIP educational tour where they explain all the inner workings of the park. They offer multiple subjects, including marketing, operations, and many of the other daily functions performed at the park. Plus, you get free parking and free admission for that day.
