Any suggestions or advice regarding a Disney Vacation? What hotels on the resort you recommend? or how many days are good? Any places that is a must do or see or eat?

My wife and I took our kids to Disney World a few years ago. If your kids are school age, look into the Disney Yes program. If it's still available, it offers a 1/2 VIP educational tour where they explain all the inner workings of the park. They offer multiple subjects, including marketing, operations, and many of the other daily functions performed at the park. Plus, you get free parking and free admission for that day. We are going in September, and I booked with a travel agent who is a former cast member and specializes in Disney trips now. She was fantastic. Her name is Anna Swenson, and you can reach her at (803) 487-2234 or anna@journeystravelinc.com. I seriously can't recommend her enough.

We LOVE Disney World! Stay at Art of Animation, go for at least 5 days (min), if you go in Oct, the dining plan is free - check their offers - totally worth it. Skip the Park Hopper option. Must eat at Tusker House in Animal Kingdom and if you like BBQ, the family restaurant in the Wilderness Lodge is great. For little kids, the Disney Jr breakfast in Hollywood Studios is great - reserve meals in advance.

You should get in touch with Scott at Dvc-rental Webpage. We booked our stay at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge through him and saved a chunk of money. He can also hook you up with dining plans. Totally legit. Tell him I referred you. He also goes to the parks all of the time, so he probably has great suggestions for you. I can tell you that I went with my sister's family in January of 2012, the Monday AFTER MLK Day. Lines were negligible.
