  Good pest control recommendations on north side? As the title suggests, just looking for a good service to work with on regular termite inspections, general treatments etc. Not looking to score a cheapo deal, just people who are good and reliable and friendly. Thanks!

  [Sandgate Pest Control](http://sandgatepest.com.au/) has been used by the body corporate of my complex for the best part of a decade. They've done annual inspections/treatments and have always been thorough, professional and courteous.

  sandgate pest control do excellent building and pest inspections. https://m.facebook.com/sandgatepest they also do general pest sprays as well before u move in and annual timber pest inspections. their technicians are fantastic.
