I can help with the cleaning, I am a qualified domestic cleaner. I charge $30 per hour (all my own cleaning products) This includes all floor surfaces vacuum and mop.. Try cleanfixmow.com.au. They have great cleaners and a handyman. I have been using the cleaners for over a year and they bring all their own stuff including mop and vac. The handyman is great and you can organise everything in one phone call. 0401 934 357

I own Pesky Pest Solutions, https://www.facebook.com/peskypestsolutions . We currently have a special for $120 for any size house provided it is within half an hour of Kallangur (Chermside is in that area) and the service is booked before January 31 st (can be carried out after). My partner would have to come and inspect the trees and yard and discuss a treatment plan with you regarding that but for the first treatment it would be an extra $20 on top of the general pest service ($140 in total).
