  Our furnace was shut down by Direct Energy last Wednesday. The technician, Jordan, said the rivets and seals were shot and the heat exchanger was cracked. The furnace is a Arcoaire, made in 2000. Anyone else have this model? Could anyone recommend a good company for a new furnace?
